We have heard it before: Travel broadens the mind. It's the age-old adage used to justify our wanderlust. But what is it that draws us to new landscapes? The promise of adventure in a new culture? The challenge of a new mountain/river/desert? The desire to get ourselves lost and cast about in a new world? Or, perhaps it's the opportunity to feel as though we once again had new eyes. I started Singular Image Photography as a means to promote that desire for new vision by sharing some of the collections I've put together from my own travels.
